Accessing documents
In order to access the documents used for planning QCCB's trip to the playa in 2007, you will need a free QCCB.org account.
Learn more about the other benefits of a QCCB account, and request yours at http://qccb.org/emailaddress
Once you have your account, you'll be able to view and edit the documents listed below.

Editing documents
The documents are hosted online. They can be edited by everyone who has a qccb.org account. To edit the documents, all you need is an up-to-date web browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer, and an internet connection.

If more than one person is editing a document at once, everyone viewing the document will see the updates made by others appearing live and in real time in their own browser. You will see a list of other people viewing/editing the document in the right hand side of your browser window. Please be careful not to overwrite their data, if others are also editing at the same time as you.

The types of documents available are "Word processing" type files, and spreadsheets. The range of features available are similar to those you would find in a desktop application such as Microsoft Word/Excel, or OpenOffice.

Adding your own documents
You can add your own documents easily, and publish or share them for others. For instuctions on how to do this, click here...

The Beer-o-matic calcu-tron
DPD Dave has come up with an ingenious spreadsheet for calculating how much beer we'll need! You can play with the online version using the link below - but be warned - if you change values then they'll change for other people too! You can also therefore download the original version of the spreadsheet, and play around to your hearts content on your own computer.

And, cos he's a clever chappie, he's also put together a nice consultancy type powerpoint slide that will demonstrate the dynamics of bar economics, and illustrates our budget versus our footfall and our pints-per-minute capacity. Kinda thing.
Go read it here and be amazed.
